Eric Parker, owner, has been involved in the real estate industry since 2001. He started out working part-time for a commercial real estate company and eventually moved into managing residential rental properties. In 2017, Eric decided to acquire his NH real estate license, and just two years later became a broker and opened L.E. Parker Properties LLC.

Being an avid animal lover Eric has donated and volunteered to the rescue and adoption of animals for many years. In 2020 he was awarded the New Hampshire Association of Realtors’ Good Neighbor Award for his work with the Monadnock Humane Society in Swanzey NH.

Eric now lives in Hooksett, NH with his wife and many fur-kids. (3 dogs and 3 cats). We are excited about real estate, passionate about animals, and obsessed with decorating for the Holidays.
